Description
An ongoing offering in our coffee lineup. Since establishing the Suke Quto farm in 2005, Farm Owner Tesfaye Bekele has been producing outstanding coffee. Working directly with Trabocca, Tesfaye has been able to buck the trend of small holder farms and co-op washing stations. Growing from 5 to 221 hectares of farmland, and having an onsite washing station, has allowed for continuous improvements to the quality of his coffee. We are excited that his consistency in quality has allowed for us to secure and showcase his coffee for the fourth consecutive year.


Preparation Advice
19g of coffee, medium grind size, 300g of water. Our preferred brew apparatus on this is the Hario v60. This is also highly recommended for cold brew.
