Description
The Specialty Coffee Association of Europe Barista Skills Foundation is for people new to the industry and focuses on the key skills required to set your grinder, make espresso, foam and texture milk for cappunccinos. No previous barista experience is required for this course. Examination is included in the course price.

Topics Covered: Understanding the Coffee Bean, Workspace Management, Grinding, Dosing, Tamping, Extraction & Brewing, Milk Techniques, Barista Menu, Equipment Maintenance

Suitable For: Coffee enthusiasts, New Baristas, Potential Cafe Operators

Course Duration: 1 day

Timing: 10am-6pm

Examination: Written Exam will be on the course date. Students will have options to select dates for the Practical Exam. Students must complete the practical within 45 days of the course date.
